Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, to ensure fairness to both our guests and our business, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
 
  1. Cancellation Period: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring any charges.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • If a cancellation occurs within the specified 7-day period, the guest will be entitled to a full refund of any prepayments or deposits made.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refunds.
  3. Process for Cancellation: To cancel a reservation, guests must notify us by phone or email at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made via any other means may not be considered valid.
  4. Exceptions:
    • In the event of extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
    • No-shows will not be eligible for any refunds.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 6-8 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in the guest’s account depending on their bank or payment method.
By making a reservation with us, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and refund policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
