2.1 Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

2.2 Payment: All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in a cancellation fee.

2.4 No Show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will result in a no-show fee, which may be the total amount of the reservation.

3.1 Check-in Time: 12:00 Afternoon.

3.2 Check-out Time: 11:00 Am. Late check-out may incur additional charges.

3.3 Identification: A valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in.
