3.1 No-Show Fee: If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a no-show fee, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Early Departure

4.1 Early Departure Fee: If you decide to leave earlier than the scheduled check-out date, an early departure fee equivalent to [number] nights' stay or [percentage]% of the remaining reservation amount may apply. No refunds will be issued for unused nights.

5. Group Reservations

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation (100% refund) if you cancel this booking before 2024-07-26 11:59:59 (destination time). Cancellations post that will be subject to a hotel fee as follows: From 2024-07-26 12:00:00 (destination time) till 2024-07-28 11:59:59 (destination time) - 100% of booking amount. After 2024-07-28 12:00:00 (destination time) 100% of booking amount. Cancellations are only allowed before CheckIn.
